This chess set was a gift to somebody I am no longer in contact with. It took me almost 2 months to make. It was created entirely out of resin, and Pearl Ex powdered pigments were used to make the color-shifting blue and green pieces, and decorative cogs were inserted. It was then sanded down and polished.
I used a series 3 pack of Pearl Ex powders, mainly the blue and green duo and a slight bit of carbon black for the blue-green colors, and the pearl white color for the white/clear bits. The resin I used was Promise Epoxy, formerly Promarine brand epoxy. I obtained the metal cogs from a Hobby Lobby, but I am not aware of the brand.
